With two SDI outputs and a single SDI input, V-BOX News 6000 is the standard multi-purpose playout for news, chat shows and other live applications, and is a cost-effective alternative to a conventional video server + news automation, controlling devices such as routers, VTRs and external CGs. In addition, the built-in CG allows you to insert titling over content from disk.

V-BOX News 6000 is the perfect solution for MOS driven channels or those who do not require a newsroom system but need the tools to create regular news slots or chat shows as part of their daily programming, and play these to air with precision and absolute signal quality. Playout can be either with or without a vision mixer.

V-BOX News 6000+ features two SDI outputs for A/B roll playout as well as an additional key and graphic output. This feature allows the user to overlay graphics over external feeds from VTR, studio and OB van via a vision mixer and without routing the signal through the system. Two SDI inputs for off-air ingest, a built-in newsroom automation and CG complete the package.

V-Box News 6000+ is a heavyweight newsroom playout developed to fit perfectly into large multi-journalist newsroom environments, and where live and studio playout drive the channel programming. MOS and multi-compression and file format support gives you the freedom choose your newsroom system and NLEs to complete the facility with no need for additional automation or external CGs.
